His association with BRA dates back to 1967, when he played a key role in the construction of Gandhi Hall. Over the years, he has served in several important capacities, including Honorary Executive Secretary and Manager of JPM Senior Secondary School.
Beyond administration and leadership, Pande ji has been a strong advocate for sports for the blind, helping promote inclusive sporting opportunities at national and international levels.
